LeasePlan Driver Services is the contact point for all LeasePlan drivers for such things as:
- reporting damage or asking about settling a claim;
- problems with your fuel card or requesting a new fuel card;
- immobilisation of the vehicle;
- a replacement car;
- an appointment with a glass repair shop;
- an authorisation to drive abroad or to get a resident's certificate;
- questions about winter and/or summer tyres.
If your vehicle is immobilised because of a breakdown or an accident, and in the event of glass breakage, LeasePlan Assistance and the glass repairers are available 24/7 in Belgium on 078-150 600. If you are calling from abroad, dial +32-2-722 60 00.
